3 Day Startup - WHU Founders Bootcamp (3DS) is a non-profit organization and an annual entrepreneurial event. In short, we give you the chance to turn your existing business idea into a startup with the help of our investors and mentors.
3DS is organized entirely by students for entrepreneurs. Join us and be part of an amazing event that provides the perfect atmosphere for creativity to cherish. With our extensive mentor network, we aim to simulate a realistic startup experience that ends with a fierce pitch battle to decide the winner.
A-T Schneider is Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Realm Labs. After she accomplished her Executive MBA at Kellogg-WHU, she was VP and Head of Business Development at Solarisbank AG. She will enrich our event with her FinTech expertise and coach our participants on how to launch a start-up successfully. As she already supported us in 2021, we are more than happy to announce that she will be part of our event this year. We cannot wait to welcome A-T again!
Patrick Breuer is Head of Mortgage Product at McMakler. Previously, he was Head of Bank Services at Smava and he is also a WHU alumnus. He has strong preferences for startups and is open to discussions about leadership, strategy, digitalization and business cases. As he has already supported us in the last two years, we are more than happy to announce that he will return to be a part of our event this year. We cannot wait to welcome Patrick again!
Katharina Neuhaus is also a WHU alumnus and works as an Investor at Vorwerk Ventures. Therefore, she has a deep connection to the startup scene and knows what is necessary for early-stage startups and especially for founders. With her unique expertise, she will enrich our participants in developing their business idea. As she already supported our participants in 2021, we are more than happy to announce that she will also be part of our event this year. We cannot wait to welcome Katharina again!

Founder of DeinHandy and OnTruck
Robert Ermich is a WHU alumnus, ex-rocket, founder of DeinHandy and OnTruck, and an angel investor. He has made a name for himself in the German startup scene with his various experiences and keynotes. Robert will be an exclusive part of the jury of this year’s 3 Day Startup event and will evaluate the final pitches of our teams. As Robert judged and invested in startups that came out of 3DS in the previous year’s such as Prematch and Leevi Health, we are happy to announce that he will also be part of our event this year.
Director of Entrepreneurship at Saarland University
This year, Ralf Zastrau not only honors us as a mentor, but he will also be a member of our jury. He is the Director of Entrepreneurship at the University of Saarland and an entrepreneur himself. He has founded Nanogate SE, the leading global technology company for design-oriented, multifunctional components and surfaces. On top of that, he is a shareholder and Managing Director at SurFunction GmbH.
Part of the Investment Team at Earlybird VC
Natalia Ahmadian works in the Investment Team UNI-X Seed Fund at Earlybird Venture Capital. She did her Bachelor of Laws at the FH Aachen and finished her Master of Laws at the University of Edinburgh. As part of the Jury, she will evaluate the final pitches of the participants. We are looking forward to welcome Natalia at our event!

Starting-off as one of the first employees, Thies now is Managing Partner at Bridgemaker - the leading company builder in DACH.
Coming from a background in strategy consulting, he moved on to building a leading IIoT AI company (Konux) as part of the executive team before working with leading B2B companies at Bridgemaker in Berlin.
